My office depends on our server and software to run properly and consistently. As a Chiropractor I am required and also want to keep excellent notes on patient care plans and so I use electronic health records to accomplish this difficult task. My software has to work everyday and if my server or software is ever giving me issues Dale and Summer at ELAD know how important it is that my problem if fixed and done quickly and that is a task they continue to excel at very well. The good news though is I do not have many issues because I have hired ELAD to perform daily monitoring of my server and individual work stations so most problems are caught before it ever becomes an issue that I need to call about. Summer and the group with ELAD do more exceed the expectations everytime we work with them. Our previous IT support staff would take HOURS to call back on issues.
