What is your role at Elad?

My role at Elad is Vice President of Client Operations. My main job is to “take care of” the new and existing clients. It is an awesome job. I am constantly getting to meet new people and learn new things about the people I already know. I never want to be viewed as a “sales person” I want to be a friend to everyone we work with, someone they can call with problems or something they are excited about!

Why did you choose the IT world?

I honestly had never really thought about IT. I always thought in the back of my mind I wanted to be in Sales and Marketing, but didn’t know where to begin. Then the opportunity came and the more I looked and thought about it IT was right where I needed to be. I am a fast paced person like the IT industry.  IT is always changing and never gets boring, there is always something new to learn.

What is different about the way Elad treats clients?

At Elad we don’t want to be your “IT people” we want to be part of your company. When we say we are here, we really are there for our clients. Our goal is to totally take IT out of their hands and let them focus on their job. We all truly care about our clients needs and I feel like our clients know this. We don’t just see them when things are broken we have a relationship with each one of them. We want all clients to trust us and know that we are making the best technology decisions for them!

In your own words why should someone choose Elad?

This is a loaded question! Elad rocks! We are the only company in the area that has as many certifications as we do and the ONLY one that requires our employees to quarterly get a new certification. That alone sets us apart.Not to mention we are a proactive company. Most people think IT is only needed when something is broken, but that’s not how we do things at all. Yes, we fix broken things, but we monitor and put solutions in place to keep things from breaking. We offer our clients unlimited support and monitoring for one monthly cost, so no one has any surprise expenses.I am very confident in Elad that no matter what the problem is we have the knowledge or will gain the knowledge to fix all problems!

What is your favorite thing about working at Elad?

I truly love the people we work with. Each person I come in contact with daily is special to me. All companies are different, and I really enjoy learning about each one. Helping them solve all issues and making things work properly for them is also a very rewarding feeling. It is great  knowing that we have helped a business grow because their technology is working properly. Elad is a blessed company to have the relationship we do with all of our clients.
