On a monthly basis we will perform network and phone service maintenance. Disaster recovery and security penetration testing will also be conducted on a yearly basis. The emergency response within our virtual IT department is an emphatic 2 hour response time in the case of emergency and 4 hour response in a non-emergency event. Elad will still be your main support call for both server and workstation repair, this puts action to the words.
