What is your role at Elad?

I am one of a team of support technician’s that Elad offer’s to help  those who need support for their IT infrastructure. I can assist you from the simplest of needs to the more complex of needs. From a mouse not working to installing a printer and more. I can also assist in finding the tech product’s that you have need of. From software to hardware and everything in between. If you need it we can make it happen.

Why did you choose the IT world?

I’ve always dabbled  with computer’s and I enjoy learning something about them that iI did not before. So it just became something that I eased into. Not so much a “Today I am going to to this”, but a natural progression of where I was heading with what I had learned and was still learning. It just made sense to move into the IT world and to start applying the knowledge that I already had into something more constructive.

What is different about the way Elad treats clients?

At Elad we want to create a pleasing experience for our clients. This is why we strive to have them feel that they are our number one priority, which it is, when they need a solution for their problem. But it is not only about us being there when their is a problem. We keep an open dialogue  with all our clients so that they know that we aren’t just here when they have problems. They know that we are constantly looking ahead for them to fix issues before they become a problem for them.

In your own words why should someone choose Elad?

We always have the best interest’s of our client’s in mind.We are about making there technology better and more useful for them. We will not push our clients to use something just because it is the latest and greatest. We look at everyone’s individual needs and let them know what we can do to make them better.

What is your favorite thing about working at Elad?

Each day is different then the last. It isn’t some cookie cutter job where all you do each day is wake up and punch in then punch out and go home doing the same thing day in and day out. Each day is different and the problems while the could seem similar are often not.
