What is your role at Elad?

My title is President.  The goes as far as to say that I get the credit, but also work the most hours.  I still consider myself a technician, my brain and logical thoughts are still processing new information and looking to new technology.  As long as that continues I’ll consider myself a technician, when it stops, maybe I’ll consider taking a front office role.

Why did you choose the IT world?

What is different about the way Elad treats clients?

We consider ourselves as a part of our clients staff.  We often times get invited to staff lunches, picnics, Christmas dinners, and other things that staff do together.  We’re not just here to protect the disasters, but we help provide solutions to keep them progressing and making technology useful.

In your own words why should someone choose Elad?

We’re good at what we do.  We provide a company that needs a full range of IT support with the help they need when they need it.  Our clients enjoy unlimited phone calls and problem resolution hours to keep them progressing and running smooth.  Businesses don’t have to worry about someone running up a bill to get something fixed, they can count on the fact that everything is being done, and being done right.

What is your favorite thing about working at Elad?

Without a doubt our clients.  Elad clients are great to work with.  The honor it is to get to know them and helping them grow their business far exceeds any other reason to do what we do.  (in my opinion)
