What is your role at Elad?
Technical Support.
I will be support for all technical issues both software and hardware related.
Why did you choose the IT world?
From the first time I sat in front of a computer I knew that computers would be in my future. I have tried to keep every professional move in the direction of IT. I derive great personal satisfaction out of making technology work for people.
Work and Education experience
Attended Sullivan University with courses in Nett, MCDBA. I currently hold my MCP certification.
I have 6 years combined experience in technical support. Four years in helpdesk and two years in a technical support call center.
Achievements.
My biggest achievement was when my daughter was born!
I am very excited for this opportunity at Elad and ready to start working with Elad’s clients.
